Here’s a Detroit Institute of Arts wedding for you! As a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing Angela and Nick’s bridal photo session at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The couple has a beautiful love story, having been high school sweethearts and tying the knot in a fairytale-inspired wedding. Angela, in particular, has always dreamt of having a wedding that had a magical vibe. With that in mind, she chose a stunning princess-y wedding dress that she looked absolutely stunning in. Fun fact: she actually had two wedding dresses!
Angela & Nick’s Love Story at The DIA
The Detroit Institute of Arts provided a stunning backdrop for the couple’s bridal photo session. The museum is an iconic landmark in Detroit, with its neoclassical architecture and a collection of over 65,000 works of art. We chose this location because it would give Angela and Nick’s bridal photos a timeless and classic feel.
Angela and Nick were the perfect couple to work with. They had an undeniable chemistry and a natural ease in front of the camera that made my job easy. They were both so excited about their bridal photo session, and it was clear that they had put a lot of thought and effort into their vision for the shoot.
Angela as The Princess Bride
